GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
1. Terms and conditions of use
LeBond_Royale, a company under Italian law with registered office in Italy, Noventa Padovana, via Giacomo Leopardi 20/A, tax code and VAT number 04744910284 (hereinafter “LeBond_Royale” or “we”) is the owner of the “LeBond_Royale” trademark and the website “www.lebond.it” (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Site”)
The services provided by LeBond_Royale on its Website are subject to the following conditions (hereinafter also "Terms and Conditions"), in conjunction with the terms of our Privacy Policy. By visiting our Website and/or making purchases on it, you accept the Terms and Conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to accept them, you must leave our Website immediately. We therefore recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies banner.
LeBond_Royale cannot guarantee that the content of its Site is legal in countries outside of Italy. Therefore, if the content of the Site is inappropriate or may be deemed unlawful in your country, please do not access the LeBond_Royale Site. If you do access it, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible.
2. Your customer account: "My Account"
You can access most areas of our Site without registering. Certain areas of our Site are only accessible if you register.
If you use our Site, you are solely responsible for the storage, use, and confidentiality of your login details (email and password) and you assume responsibility for all activities that occur through your account. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information you provide. By accessing the "My Account" section of our Site, you can review and update the information you provided.
LeBond_Royale reserves the right at any time to interrupt the services provided, to close your account, to cancel orders and to refuse to offer the service in the event of incorrect use of its Site, violation of applicable laws, violation of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rule and/or provision that regulates the use of the LeBond_Royale site, reserving the right to take legal action under criminal, civil, or administrative law against the offender(s).
LeBond_Royale reserves the right to cancel any orders that it deems unreliable or unreliable, as well as the right to request, at its sole discretion, a change in the payment method chosen by the Customer, without the latter being able to make any claims against it.
3. Licenses and Copyright
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, and logos, is the property of LeBond_Royale and/or licensed to LeBond_Royale and is protected by applicable national and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
“LeBond_Royale” is a registered trademark owned by LeBond_Royale and may not be used without the prior written consent of the owner. The material on the Site may not be used or reproduced in any way by third parties without the prior written consent of LeBond_Royale and/or its licensors.
You may store, process, analyze, print, and display the content of our Site solely for personal, non-commercial use. You are not authorized, without the prior written consent of LeBond_Royale, to publish, distribute, or reproduce in any way the content of any of our Site, in whole or in part.
Any use of materials from our site other than as expressly permitted herein is prohibited. Any use of materials on our site in violation of these Terms and Conditions will terminate your right to use our site.
4. Product catalog
LeBond_Royale dedicates care, resources, and attention to ensuring the quality of its selections and the products offered on the site. However, the information provided by suppliers and listed on the site may be incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate.
If the product you purchased does not match the images or otherwise does not meet your expectations, you can return it by exercising your right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@lebond.it within 14 days of the package arriving at the shipping address indicated at the time of purchase. LeBond_Royale customer service will then contact you to explain how to proceed.
LeBond_Royale takes care to constantly update its catalog; however, it may happen that products listed as available on the site are no longer available from suppliers. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from your order and you will be notified of the cancellation immediately by email at no cost to you.
Therefore, if you paid by credit card, the amount will not be charged. Please note that the amount is charged to your credit card only upon order confirmation. This is the only time you can cancel your order.
Prices are expressed in euros, so if you purchase with a credit card using another currency, the final price may not match the one indicated on the website. This does not depend on LeBond_Royale but on the currency used by your credit card.
Despite our best efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced.
If we notice such errors, the price of the product you ordered will be updated and our Customer Service will contact you to find out whether you still wish to purchase it or whether you prefer to cancel it from the order at no cost to you.
The delivery times indicated in the product details are purely indicative and are not binding on LeBond_Royale in any way. Due to delays in deliveries by our suppliers or couriers, these times may not always be met punctually.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which the customer has requested personalization/customization.
5. Product features
The products sold through the LeBond_Royale website are handcrafted, featuring the characteristics and unique features of this type of workmanship, making each piece unique. For example, the color tone of the fabric may vary, the porosity of the ceramic may be uneven to the touch, and so on. If you don't appreciate this type of workmanship, which is typical of excellent Made in Italy products, we invite you to consider purchasing from our website. You will avoid disappointment and additional costs for returning the product, which could result in unnecessary costs, including environmental ones.
6. Contractual rules
If you wish to purchase one or more products offered for sale through our Site, after registering, you can select the products and add them to your virtual shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, you can close the cart and place your order.
Before submitting your order, you will be shown a summary with the relevant prices and asked to select your payment method. You agree that we will select the courier.
At this point, by clicking the "PROCEED WITH ORDER" button, you can submit your purchase proposal to LeBond_Royale, which will process it individually, considering each product in your cart. A number of orders are considered for each manufacturer of the different items purchased, and each of these orders, unless otherwise specified on the website, will be processed individually. It is possible that, even for orders from a single manufacturer, it may be necessary to use multiple couriers and that the products will not be delivered in a single shipment. An automatic confirmation email ("Order Confirmation") will notify you of receipt of your purchase proposal: this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the purchase proposal by LeBond_Royale, but merely acknowledges receipt of the proposal and the initiation of the data verification and product availability process.
The sales contract with LeBond_Royale will be finalized exclusively upon sending an email accepting your purchase proposal, which will also contain information regarding shipping and the expected delivery date ("Order Shipment"). If your order includes products from different manufacturers, you acknowledge and agree that the order will not be considered a single order, but will be divided into multiple orders, for each of which you will receive an "Order Shipment" email.
If an order for products from the same manufacturer is processed in multiple shipments, multiple shipping emails will be sent.
If the order indicates a country where the product cannot be shipped, the order will be immediately cancelled.
For each order, LeBond_Royale will send the relevant invoice or receipt, in accordance with applicable laws. The information contained in the receipt or invoice will correspond to the information you provided to LeBond_Royale. Once issued, the invoice cannot be modified. LeBond_Royale selects the shipping carrier, and shipping costs are your responsibility, as the buyer, and will be indicated separately from the product in the order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
7. Risk of loss – delivery of the product by the courier
Once the purchase contract is finalized, liability falls on the buyer and, where applicable, on the carrier. This means that, from the moment the contract is signed and the goods are handed over to the carrier, LeBond_Royale is no longer responsible for the product.
Upon delivery of the purchased product by the courier, you will take care to verify that:
- the number of products delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging and seals are intact, clean, complete and free from any tampering;
Any alteration or tampering with the product, or discrepancies between the number and quality of items indicated on the shipping document, must be immediately reported in writing on the courier's delivery form. If the courier's delivery form is signed without reservation, no claims can be made against the courier.
8. Limitation of liability
The contents of the LeBond_Royale website do not necessarily represent the views of LeBond_Royale. LeBond_Royale cannot be held responsible for and makes no guarantees regarding the operation of the Site, its contents, materials, product information, opinions, stories, or comments contained on the Site. Access to the Site may also be occasionally suspended or temporarily limited to allow for necessary maintenance, repairs, or updates with new services and products.
LeBond_Royale does not guarantee that its Site, its servers, or the emails sent are free of viruses or other potentially harmful components. By visiting this site, you agree that your use of it is at your own risk.
LeBond_Royale cannot be held responsible under any circumstances (without exception) for any damage directly or indirectly resulting from the use of its Site.
By purchasing from LeBond_Royale, you acknowledge that the products offered are made individually, and therefore LeBond_Royale cannot be held responsible in the event of delays due to the subsequent impossibility of receiving the product, or delays in delivery or discrepancies between the items ordered and the images, texts and photos of such items published on its Site.
Furthermore, LeBond_Royale cannot be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, for delays, errors, total or partial failure to fulfill even just one of the obligations set forth in these general conditions if the delay, error or failure to fulfill arises from an act of God or from causes of force majeure as provided for by the law applicable to the contract concluded between the Buyer and LeBond_Royale.
LeBond_Royale takes the utmost care to represent the products offered for sale. However, it may happen that the photographs provided to us or the technical tools you use to view the site, including screens, locations, connections, etc., are not able to accurately convey the colors, tones, and specific characteristics of the items. Since these are factors beyond LeBond_Royale's control, the company cannot be held liable in any way.
Likewise, LeBond_Royale cannot be held liable in any way for damages and/or direct or indirect negative consequences (none and no one excluded) deriving from the failed or incorrect execution of the sales contract, unless this depends on proven gross negligence or fault of LeBond_Royale itself.
You therefore agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeBond_Royale, its employees, affiliates, agents, consultants, and representatives from any and all claims, claims, including those from third parties, including, but not limited to, legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your failure to comply with these terms and conditions, any violation of any intellectual property rights or rights, or any defamatory or denigratory statements made by you in any way (without limitation) in connection with or in connection with our Site.
LeBond_Royale reserves the right to suspend all or part of its website without prior notice.
9. Law applicable to the contract
These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in compliance with Italian law, which applies to them, and any disputes will be decided by the competent Italian judge.
10. Contractual text
The contract text is written in Italian and is also published in English; however, in case of doubt, difficulty in understanding, or dispute, the Italian text will prevail. The invalidity or voidability of a clause does not affect the validity of the entire contract.
