Shipping times and costs

The products are shipped via a courier selected by Lebond_Royale, for which a shipment tracking service is active.
We ship throughout Italy at a cost of 10.00 euros.

The delivery times for your customized order may vary and are always indicated on the product page.

We recommend always choosing an address where someone can pick up your order. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your office or to a concierge, please also include the name of your contact person.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect the goods or will attempt to make two more delivery attempts.

We always recommend tracking your shipment using the tracking code you'll receive via email when your package ships. You can check the status of your order at any time.

Upon delivery, the customer is requested to check the condition of the goods.

Shipments for delivery to European countries

We ship throughout Europe at a cost of 20.00 Euros.

Shipments for delivery to non-European countries

We ship to all countries outside Europe at a cost of 30.00 Euros.

Duties

For deliveries requested to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the customer.
